مشكلة في الطابعة

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
عندي مشكلة في الطابعة وهي من نوع epson sx400 عند تشغيلها ياتي رقم الخطأ التالي:
waste ink pad in the printer is saturated .contact your dealer to replace it
فما الحل بارك الله فيكم؟

هذه الرسالة تفيد بأن الطابعة وصلت الى حدها في كمية الطباعة وهذه سياسة جديدة من ايبسون لكي تسوق أكثر عدد من طابعاتها.
يوجد برنامج اسمه reset على ما أذكر يقوم بإعادة العداد للصفر وتصبح الطابعة تشتغل عادي.

اشتريتها مند عامين واستخدمتها كثيرا- طباعة وصور طبق الأصل-،فالمشكلة ربما كما قال الأخ أبا عبد المعز بأن الطابعة وصلت إلى حدها .
فهل ممكن شرح كيفية إعادتها إلى الصفر كما قال الأخ بارك الله فيه

You understand, that resetting the ink level counters or using ink freezer function implies responsibility to carefully watch ink levels in all cartridges and timely (as soon as you see any raw white bands, even in one color) replace cardridge.

حملت البرنامج وقمت بالمطلوب لكن نفس الخطأ أو المشكل والله المستعان.
