Q:1- If woman wears High Heels, is it permissible for her

A: Imam al Albani -may Allah mercy him-said: it's not permissible, Muslim Women mustn't be in a way similar to women of unbelievers, or sluts

That's goes far back and its assets by Jewish Women (1) -they were pre Islam - the ones of them if wants to attend to the community, which her beloved was there. Mustn't be[lookalike] woman of unbelievers by wearing "High Heels insoles" (especially) when "High Heels" – most often caused her an accident falling down.

In less cases, it's "disliked" Because
:
First, it's "cheating" because she is a con the others, so they attracted to a false image
.
Second, that she takes the risk of falling down

Third, harming her health, and on doctor’s orders to stay

away.

We mustn't overlook the most important thing in this fatwa which is Imam al Uttaimen – may Allah mercy him- had mentioned" Tabarruj"[women flaunting their goodies, beauty on social, which is specific for their husbands
and what's allow for maharem to be seen ,based on shara'
